Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy. All return requests must be notified to our team within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 10% of the total order value if items are returned with missing packaging, accessories, or in an unsellable condition.
Returns postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds may take up to 15 working days to appear in your account after the returned item has been received and processed.
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable once opened. These include (but are not limited to):
Wax traps, domes, C&C range products, maintenance items, tubing, receivers, and masks.
Custom-made products such as CENS hearing protection are also non-returnable.
We strongly advise checking compatibility with your hearing aid before purchase. Once opened, consumable products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Where applicable, we may arrange for the item to be inspected, repaired, or replaced by the manufacturer under warranty.
After 30 days, all warranty claims must be handled directly in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
Receiver Wires
Please note that receiver wires are considered consumable items and are not covered under manufacturer warranties due to normal wear and tear.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Receiver Wires
If a receiver wire is faulty upon arrival, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement where applicable.
If multiple units are purchased, we recommend testing all items upon delivery to ensure they are functioning correctly, as claims made outside the 5-day DOA period cannot be accepted.
Repairs
If we are arranging a repair on your behalf, the item may need to be sent to our US warehouse before being forwarded to the manufacturer.
Damaged or Misused Items
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect use.
Unwanted or Incorrect Items
If you change your mind or find the product is unsuitable or incompatible, it may be returned under our 30-day returns policy, provided it is unused, in re-saleable condition, and in original packaging.
Original postage costs are non-refundable.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items.
Backorders
Some items may be placed on backorder if out of stock. Payment is taken at the time of order and the item will be dispatched once available. If a backordered item is discontinued, a full refund will be issued.
General Information
Delivery estimates may be affected by external factors including courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Bank Holidays
We operate limited services during UK bank holidays. Orders may still be placed during this time and will be processed and dispatched once normal operations resume.
