Phonak Sky L-PR hearing aids are behind-the-ear (BTE) devices designed for mild to moderately severe hearing loss. To keep them performing optimally, follow these cleaning tips:
Ear Hook and Ear Mould
- Remove the ear mould and clean it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely before reattaching.
- Gently wipe the ear hook with a soft, dry cloth.
Hearing Aid Body
- Wipe the main body using hearing aid-specific cleaning wipes to remove dirt, oils, and moisture. Avoid household cleaners or water on electronic parts.
Storage
- Store your hearing aids in a clean, dry case when not in use. Use a drying box or dehumidifier for added protection from moisture.
