Description
The Phonak Cleaning Spray with optional brush head is designed for cleaning hearing aids, earmolds, tubing & domes. The spray is intended to remove ear wax from the aids which is responsible for the decrease in sound quality, therefore increasing the lifespan of the hearing aids and preserves the effectiveness. These disinfecting fluids are now water-based, long-term active and protect effectively against a microbial contamination of your hearing system for a time period of up to 5 days.
Effective against bacteria, fungi and hepatitis B.
Top Tip: Always make sure that your fingers/hands are clean and dry before touching your hearing aid. The microphone openings are very small and may be blocked very easily with small dirt particles.
Using the cleaning spray:
Easy application, just simply spray until completely moistened, after 1 minute has passed rub dry with a cloth.
Do not spray into the opening of the microphone or receiver.
Daily cleaning of hearing aids and earmolds is recommended.
Tips on correct sanitising:
Microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, yeasts, fungi and mildew accompany our everyday life, as they are transported e.g. by wind or body fluids. Since you wear your hearing aid daily, you are exposed to a certain risk of infection. The special formulations of the cleansing and care (C&C) products protect effectively against infection.
