Retention locks help support the positioning of your receiver wire, and also help prevent the hearing aid or receiver from falling out the ear.

The flexible soft plastic lock shapes to your ear – once the retention locks becomes hard and brittle, you simply change this for a new lock.

Compatibility:

These retention locks are compatible with Signia Mini Receiver 3.0 wires and 3.0 Thin Tubes. The 3.0 miniReceiver and 3.0 Thin tubes are compatible with select newer Signia models such as:

Signia:

AX hearing aids, including Signia Pure Charge & Go AX, Signia Pure 312 AX, Styletto AX.
IX hearing aids, inlcuding Styletto IX and Pure Charge&Go IX.

The Signia 3.0 retention locks locks are universal, so will fit all 3.0 receivers and 3.0 Thin tubes, regardless of power or length! Please see the below video on how to attach the retention lock to a miniReceiver 3.0.
