We endeavor to process orders as soon as they are received. However, please allow up to 14 working days for the delivery of your item. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Although the payment will have gone through, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. If the item has already been sent, we cannot issue a refund until the item is returned to us. Please see our returns policy for more information.

On average a hearing aid battery lasts around 7 days, however this can be less if  time is spent streaming to another device such as a phone or television.
